We ship worldwide! Our main shipping zones include Australia (domestic), United Kingdom, United States, Canada, New Zealand, and over 25 countries across Europe and Asia. Most of our products are print-on-demand, which means they're produced locally near you for faster delivery and lower environmental impact.
How long does shipping take?
Australia (Domestic): 5-10 business days
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
Europe: 10-18 business days
Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Please note: Our terrariums and home décor items may take slightly longer as they ship from our suppliers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's journey to you.

Our apparel ranges from XS to 4XL for adults, with youth and kids sizes available for select items. Please check individual product pages for specific size charts and measurements.
How do I care for my products?
Apparel:
• Machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F)
• Tumble dry low heat
• Iron medium heat if needed
• Do not dry clean
Terrariums:
• Water once a week
• Adjust humidity using the rotating inner ring
• Keep in indirect sunlight
• Clean glass with a soft, damp cloth

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you receive an item that doesn't fit, contact us, and we'll do our best to help, though exchanges may be subject to availability.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we use print-on-demand, orders go into production quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but once production starts, we may not be able to modify your order.

We partner with Ecologi to plant trees with every order. Our tree-planting contributions support reforestation projects around the world, helping to combat climate change and restore ecosystems.
